Arrival day from 3 p.m. Departure by 10am; Deviations only after consultation.
The tenant is solely liable for any personal injuries suffered by the tenant or people accompanying or visiting him on the landlord's property.
The tenant undertakes to handle the house and furniture with care. He will report any damage to the landlord immediately and, if it is his own fault, will cover the costs of repair or replacement.
