The house with a large, fenced garden is characterized by a large window front facing south-west.
It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a study with a pull-out sofa bed and a gallery with another sleeping area. There is also a large living room with an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other has a shower and an infrared sauna. There is also a guest toilet, a large terrace and a large, fully fenced garden area.
It is located on the edge of Markt Schwaben, a cozy small town with good restaurants and many shops.
Everything, including the train station, can be reached on foot in max. 20 minutes.
Our house is practically in the best position to not only admire the sights of Munich and culture, but also the natural highlights of Upper Bavaria - mountains and lakes - can be reached in a short time.
Europe's largest thermal baths near Erding can also be reached in 20 minutes by car.
You'll be at the Munich trade fair just as quickly.
The nearby wildlife park in Poing (15 minutes on foot) is another highlight.

There is 1 parking space available in our car park! However, a second car can be parked easily and safely a few meters away on the edge of Poinger Straße!

The house is located in a deserted area of ​​5 houses.
All our neighbors are nice and friendly.
At night the deer sometimes come up to the fence.
Munich's center can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
By train or S-Bahn from Markt Schwaben it takes about the same time.
Markt Schwaben train station is a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away.
The MUC airport is only 25 km away and can be reached directly by car without any traffic lights; there is also a bus from Markt Schwaben.
Thanks to the airport tangent (FTO) - only 2 km to the entrance - we have excellent connections to the Munich-Passau and Munich-Salzburg-Nuremberg motorways.
